Due to the custom order of our current products we agree to provide quality products personalized, as quickly as possible, just for you and we hope you will be very satisfied. As such all sales are final, no cancellations or refunds will be given.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will do our best to correct it.
The Artist creates art that is copyrighted at time of creation and we hope you do not steal our ideas and designs. And while we do not own the words, nor claim to own "MAGA" or "TRUMP" it is the combination of elements and incorporation of those words into our work that makes up our designs and we hope you understand and honor that.
When on our site or contacting us we expect civil language and behavior, additionally we forbid any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, hacks, etc.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone, or block anyone from our site at any time without cause or explanation, this includes denying requests for personalized embroidery of any foul or offensive words, names or phrases.
Embroidered products will vary slightly with each stitch-out and due to the custom ordering please allow a minimum of two to four weeks for processing and delivery of your order.

Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON CANCELED ORDERS

However, due to the custom nature of your order for quality personalized products, just for you, we hope you will be very satisfied. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will do our best to correct it.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING THAT IS A CLAIM YOU WILL MAKE WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER BY USING THE TRACKING NUMBER AND THE INSURANCE THAT WE SECURED WITH THAT TRACKING NUMBER WILL COVER YOUR LOSS.

ALL ORDERS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED PRIOR TO SHIPPING TO ENSURE OUR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE QUALITY PRODUCTS. THEY'RE ALSO PHOTOGRAPHED FOR OUR RECORDS. HOWEVER, IF YOU REMAIN UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US AND WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CORRECT ANY DEFECTS OR PROVIDE YOU WITH A REPLACEMENT.

You must notify us at once, via email with your tracking number, as soon as your defective order has arrived.
We may ask you to provide proof the item is defective, ie: with pictures
Return your order unworn within five days of receipt to us at your expense, with package tracking.
Enclose a copy of your email you sent us notifying us of the defects along with the reason for the return (e.g. defective or wrong product)
Upon receiving your return we will notify you of our decision to repair or replace the item or not.
If we are replacing the item we will do so as soon as practically possible and you will be provided an email with the tracking number for your information.
We are human and not perfect but Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
